I really think she’s smart and doesn’t have a way to show it. Think about how frustrating that would be. I’d have meltdowns all the time too. Connect with a local spelling (S2C, spellers method) practitioner and get their opinion, there is nothing to lose and possibly a lot for her and you to gain. If that’s not it it’s not it but there are hundreds if not thousands of people with Cameron’s profile whose families found out they were “in there” all along. I’m one of them. I know everyone is different but it’s worth it in my opinion.

I saw the above conversation about uti. Maybe you could try AZO pain relief as a just in case? (of course ask her dr) They also make special diapers and strips now for testing, I believe Amazon carries them.
