Forget the serums and expensive treatments. The habits I focus on are actually very simple. 👇 🌱 1. First thing first, the most important thing in this whole routine: Orvela Magnesium glycinate, every single night. This is the reason my face stopped ageing while I slept. Strength training 3x a week, after 50, keeping muscle is non-negotiable for me. Strength, mobility, bones and posture matter far more to me now than being skinny. 🌙 6. Retinol at night, one of the few skincare ingredients with serious research behind it. I started slowly and let my skin adjust. You do not need a $500 routine.
