if they don't like the taste of it I can't taste anything of it I take them every day take four a day and I put them in my mouth the pill and then I drink water and let it dissolve in my mouth and drink it down let it dissolve in my mouth until it's gone I think it tastes good I don't know about anybody else but if you want the benefits of it put it in your mouth let it dissolve with water and drink it down let us off till it's gone[Big LOL][Big LOL][Big LOL]
