As someone who kept my 3rd pregnancy offline, creating content and "hiding" the pregnancy was exhausting. And people will inevitably comment about it - even if they're wrong. Throwing it out there immediately allows her to stay in control of the narrative without re-shaping her content and process.

I’m not an influencer, but I hard launched both my babies. They’re 7 and 5, I just made the typical FB announcement the day after their birth. My reasoning at the time, is I do believe you get people emotionally involved in some part of your story then you do at least owe follow up on whatever story was. I didn’t want that hanging over me should something not go as planned during pregnancy.
