The worst thing is when you lose your father and then have to parent and act normal like all is ok. I miss my dad so much he died 8 months ago and there is no pain like it but my daughter has got me through 🥰

Our kids keep us strong I will say that my bathroom is my go to but I also have those times where I can’t hide the loss of my parents and I explain that I miss them because they need to realize it’s ok to feel these feelings of grief and cry weather a man or a women!
