your analogy is not 100% correct however. since paying on time is a condition you have full control over, whereas reaching a target is not. lets say a website only accepts klarna and credit card. if you have the money available, you could pay with klarna and directly pay klarna back through direct deposit or debit card payment or something similar.

if you use a high street bank you're effectively accepting interest as all accounts come with a overdraft clause which charge interest if you go into overdraft

Klarna is also an e bank which you can place your money in. Klarna gives the option to pay directly, no hypothetical contract with interest fees

im confused, cause a local bank you have also have rent that you cant control like savings they put unwanted rent on it? or like every bank has a contract with stuff like rent on it isnt that the same as klarna? or having a phone simcard paying it each month and then missing a month having extra fees is that the same as klarna as well? it doesnt make sende

The contract from its root is invalid (batil/haram). Agreeing to any contract must meet sharia rules and if any contract contradicts a sharia position is by definition haram.
