@tiff1740: Homemade chicken stock deserved better than plain old chicken noodle soup 🍜 So I turned it into a rich ramen broth, loaded it with veggies, sautéed mushrooms, noodles, grilled chicken, jammy eggs, corn, nori and finished it with Chili Crunch. This one took a little work, but that bowl at the end was worth every bit of it. • 8 cups homemade chicken stock • 2 packs ramen noodles • 4 boneless chicken thighs • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced • 2 carrots, shredded • 4 green onions, sliced • 3–4 cups chopped bok choy • 1 cup corn • 4 jammy eggs • 2–3 sheets nori • 2 Tbsp miso paste • 3 Tbsp soy sauce • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce • 1–2 tsp fish sauce • 1 Tbsp sesame oil • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger • 3 cloves garlic • ¼–½ tsp white pepper • Chili Crunch, to finish 🔥 @Fire Hatch Rubs @Wokntadka #Ramen #HomeCooking #FoodTok #HomemadeRamen #ChickenRamen
