It’s kinda funny when people try to deny the name change, because you know how much you gotta purposely stop paying attention to get away with that? Literally everyone calls him Cassidy in all the voice interactions for a start… and that’s not even mentioning the fact that in the team chat, you’ll always be labeled as Cassidy so you’d genuinely have to be playing blind and deaf to still say it’s easier to just say Mcree
