@mila_aleshina_: Remember when our bodies could survive basically anything? 😂 Late nights. Little sleep. Sitting all day. Skipping warm-ups. Doing the same workout for years. Stretching when we felt tight. Ignoring the little aches because they’d probably “go away.” And somehow… we got away with it. Until we didn’t. If you’re a millennial and lately you’ve been thinking, “Why doesn’t my body respond like it used to?” — your body isn’t broken. It’s just no longer willing to tolerate the same neglect. And honestly? Thank goodness. We’re not in our 20s anymore. We’re wiser. We know more about our bodies. We understand that strength matters. That mobility matters. That recovery matters. That constantly pushing through pain isn’t a badge of honour. Our bodies don’t need us to train harder just for the sake of training harder. They need us to train wiser. Build strength. Maintain mobility. Load your joints. Take care of your recovery. Move with intention. And stop waiting for your body to break before you start looking after it. Getting older isn’t about trying to have the body you had at 25. It’s about building a body that can support the life you want at 40, 50, 60 and beyond. Your body isn’t broken. It’s asking for a different kind of training. And maybe that’s not a limitation. Maybe it’s an upgrade. 🤍 Now I want to know: what’s ONE thing you could get away with in your 20s that you absolutely cannot get away with now? 😂 Tell me in the comments 👇 #MillennialFitness #WomenOver40 #HealthyAging #StrengthTraining #MobilityTraining
