@foodienationtt: One of my favourite restaurant finds from this Barbados trip. @Rhett Mc Carthy 🇹🇹 @Visit Barbados Le Shack is located on Crane Road on the East Coast, just a short distance from The Crane, and this was actually the only restaurant we visited on this side of the island on this trip. The setting is part of the appeal — tucked under the trees with a cozy, relaxed atmosphere — while the menu brings together Bajan ingredients and flavours with international influences. We started with appetizers including the Asian-style crab cake and smoked flying fish mousse with breadfruit chips, before moving into a few different mains. I went for the Bajan skillet with local spicy pork sausage, lamb, baked ham and shrimp, but the real standout for me was the bread pudding with rum sauce. If you're staying around The Crane or exploring the East Coast, this is one I'd add to your list.
