@bbsgelateria: Hi Fresno County folks, we wanted to give an update and say thank you for the outpouring of support you’ve shown to our libraries. We’ll have more postcards in later today/tomorrow, and a shipment is expected by the end of the week. Thank you to Friends of the Fresno County Library for providing these for folks. On October 20 at 9:30am, there is a very important Fresno County Supervisors meeting and you can attend to voice your concerns about the library. If you cannot attend, please CALL, EMAIL, or WRITE to your county supervisors. It is extremely important that you say which district you live in, and give your name so they know you’re a legit constituent. Tell them why libraries matter to you and why privatizing is a bad idea. Please also DONATE to the Friends of the Fresno County Library at their website (fresnofol.org) - they are paying for the stamps and postcards!! It’s not cheap!! THANK YOU AGAIN for the love and momentum. Let’s keep it going and protect our library!
