@isabel_sixfifty: Hey All !! Me, Sequoia Cheer and the Jackie Speiers Foundation are doing a diaper drive this Saturday, September 19th at Sequoia High School from 9:30am-12:30pm. We would love and greatly appreciate seeing our community come together to help underserved and low income families. What many people don’t know is that because of the high cost of diapers families have developed diaper insecurity, a decline in changing a baby’s diaper often to be able to extend the use of a diaper to be able to afford meals, affects the health and brain development of infants leading all the way to adulthood. So me and the Jackie Speiers foundation are working with Daly City and Samaritan House to directly distribute diapers to low income families in the area. If you wish to help but can’t come to the diaper drive feel free to donate to our website, that’s linked in the bio, we’re we will use your donations to buy diapers.
