Great tips. I never thought to express it as there’s so much more than school! Parents might erroneously push that narrative? Then we might try to backstop kids out of that narrative?

I’m so excited to try the pumpkin drizzllicious I love all the flavors! I have often wondered listening to you talk about your anxiety and struggles and I see so much of myself in you. Of course I’m older now but I faced so many of these challenges and was later diagnosed with ADHD. Just wondering if that is something you have considered,for me it was a late diagnosis.Throughout my life I was told it’s anxiety, ocd, so many individual diagnoses until one day it all seemed to fit under the one umbrella of ADHD. It seemed to helped me work through the struggles understanding I’m not broken just different. I also understand being small I’m only 4’11 and I spent my entire life with random strangers reminding me daily that I look like a child especially after I married and had kids. I learned to embrace it 🩷. You radiate kindness and strength 🩷🩷
