because none of those are weapons. they are tools. firearms are not weapons. they are tools. how they are used is how people like to define things. Just like when someone uses a hammer, screwdriver, or an axe as something they arent intended for. those things are tools, but upon certain uses become classified as "weapons" when none of those are weapons. they same can be said for when someone uses a pillow for the lack of catching one's breath. thats a pillow. something for comfort, but used incorrectly by someone became a "weapon".

Husband/Dad here. Yes those can be used as weapons but their primary purpose is to be used as a tool. Same goes with firearms. If we teach our kids proper safety/usage then they will be more equipped. Yes they can be used as weapons if the situation presents itself. Machete=Cutting Brush & Branches Axe=Wood Cutting Pocket Knife=Multi use
