I was able to do a lot of the work as a child volunteer. Minus the actual shelves. I was a bit to small.

im volunteering this week so I'm kinda glad you made this 😭

I remember helping set this all up for my school librarian mom every year and learning how to use a register this way as my first "job" before I was old enough for one. she'd give me 30 bucks for the week and any book i wanted from the fair as payment lol. it felt like a nice gig when I was 12.
