I did one of your workouts today and it made me feel so good! I’m 2 months post partum from a c section and it’s been hard to workout physically and taking care of my baby. Today I finally felt good enough to try and my baby played on his mat and watched me the entire workout ❤️

You’re looking great!! I started my weight loss journey almost two years ago (down 108 lbs), but just started working out back in July so I can tone any loose skin. I went through multiple different trainers on YouTube before landing on your videos. I have been consistently doing yours 5 days a week now for the past month… month & a half, and do between 6-10 of them back to back lol 🙂 I love how fun you make them (bc I hate working out 🫣), and I love how high your spirits always are!
