They have the WORST customer service too. No one in the cinemas can deal with unlimited queries anymore so you have to raise tickets online- and they barely respond they are all automated

We’ve cancelled our unlimited cards after 10 years - we’ve thought about it for a while but this was the tipping point, it’s just stupid.

Ive tried on one occasion to "just move my seats" and was stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the poor lass tried to sort it. needed a supervisor to basically refund my ticket and reissue but no supervisor or manager on the floor to help 🙃

With it coinciding with a "new" app and website, I wonder if the functionality just isn't available? Or, possibly people are allowing others to book using their card instead, in which case, they surely should just be checking cards on entry? I've only been asked when they were getting inspected 🤷♀️😅

I couldn’t believe it when I saw the email, surely it’s going to cause big queues getting in too if every single unlimited customer is on a separate booking? If it’s a sold out unlimited screening it’s going to take forever to scan every person in 💀

It’s so ridiculous, why can’t we book together now 🥲 my favourite place to sit for me and mg sister who also has a card are the two separate seats on the end of the screen so now we won’t be able to book there because we have to book individually 💀
