But there’s a trap: at some point, thinking becomes a substitute for doing. A young entrepreneur asked me for advice about an AI business idea he was working on. My advice was simple: get out of the building. Talk to the customer. Find out what problem they actually have, what it costs them, what they use today, and whether they would pay for your solution. Ideas live in your head. Businesses live in the real world. Use AI. Think. Build. Brainstorm. Then close the laptop and go talk to a human being. The market is still the ultimate test.
