@yourcentralvalley: A 39-year-old man who was a former Bullard High School teacher has pleaded guilty Tuesday to sexual exploitation of a child, receipt of child sexual abuse material and sending obscene material to a minor, the Department of Justice announced. Ray Anthony Waller, according to court documents, between November 2024 and February 2025 said he communicated with a minor. The DOJ said during this time, he was a teacher at Bullard High School. #fresno #crime
