ok I did a small amount of research its not called a forward flow agreement thats for credit cards it's called a PSA Pooling & Service agreement but he's correct abt the wedding signature..

It all comes down to the Note. DEMAND THE NOTE! The bank SOLD your loan and the Note went with it!! And when the bank tries to foreclose WITHOUT the Note, they fail due to lack of standing (they cannot enforce without the Note)!

this just happened with my grandma house. they foreclosed it. so my uncle wasn't paying the mortgage right the mortgage was through freedom mortgage. well freedom mortgage sent out a letter saying that it was being taken over by another company. well that company of course proceeded with the foreclosure because of everything he just wasn't making the payments but now after the foreclosure United Bank has purchased it through the auction.

That's how Bank of America stole my house Never signed any paperwork with them. My bank went out of business and they picked up my loan. Then told me they were gonna put me in a modification program. Then the underwriting department told me they didn't have my note to my house. So that's why they couldn't give me a modification of my loan. But the judge wind up giving them my house anyway, never got a final judgment hearing at the end, they quick deed my house over to these people. I still have the original deed to my house.

It’s like a bill collector if my debt is with CHASE and they sell it to another lender I laugh I’m not paying that. I used to but no more. I was out $4k paying back a student loan debt I went back, filed a claim and got it all back because they never produce the original promissory note.
