I’m a School Psychologist. If I don’t have a relationship with that student…I’m blind and deaf suddenly. 😩😂 It actually can cause MORE stress to the situation when an unknown adult tries to help, I learned that the hard way.

Zero Tolerance for Defiant,Dangerous, Disruptive behavior! Self Regulation, BMT, OMC, PBIS are wishful thinking and dangerous optimism! Parents AND staff that give in and entertain bad behavior by cuddling/coddling, giving “snackies & electronics” only fuels the fire. Reform Schools Needed!
