disconnect the battery for an hour or two. should reset. if it doesn't it could be a bad stepper motor.

If you have an OBD2 scan tool, check for DTCs. It may point you in the right direction for troubleshooting

OMFG how many times do I have to say it buy a Chevy or any gm vehicle and you have to expect bad clusters and horrible wiring issues.
