amen... my man travels for a living, leaves Monday morning and comes home Friday night. he comes home and I try to always be hours safe space. From the beginning I've always told him, we listen and we don't judge, we still stand on that today. yes we argue, but never to go to bed angry. wet walk away to calm down, then talk about it. I provide his meals throughout the week while he's gone, I take care of ALL the fur babies because we don't have young children, we have 3 dogs and 1 kitten. I meal prep, help with bills, and provide his safe space. he can talk to me about anything and everything. I may not know what to say, but I'm always here to listen and help any way I can.
