the only people i know that dont want old recoil back are people that started playing on new recoil. everyone else who played the game before hand all say they want it reversed. to this day its the wrost thing rust has ever added/changed

There is simply nothing better than being able to accurately hit the first 8 shots in mp5/ak old recoil from 150m. Unmatched feeling. Skill gap reduction reduced gear fear but ruined everything else

I’m new ish to rust but man there is no skill required to play it besides bow PvP once you have a gun it’s so easy to kill people legitimately no recoil on everything aim and shoot

They changed the recoil just to attract new players and make the game easier for them—it’s so stupid. Back in the day, you had to play and practice a ton to learn how to control it, but now every other player just beams targets with pinpoint accuracy, lmao.
