Mielle Café is one of the newer spots worth checking out in Tarlac City, with a warm atmosphere, casual dining setup, and plenty of food and drink choices. For our visit, we ordered Boneless Bangus, Hungarian Sausage, Bacon, Chocolate Frappe, Java Chip Frappe, and Ube Frappe — a good mix of savory meals and cold drinks for sharing. Our total came to ₱1,200. What to expect: a relaxed café setting, comfort food, coffee, frappes, matcha, tea, and other drinks. They also use a pager system, so you can settle in while waiting for your order.
