Not a doctor....but i had 2 nerves removed from my foot and one of my toes does that. Would think your issue would be similar. Invest in some hand warmers for the winter. They will help.

As a fellow nub, it happens and it’s a little alarming. It will happen at random times too even when it’s not cold! Bodies are weird! Sorry it’s scary right now. 🫂🫂

Did they test you for why this happened/is happening? This happens to my hands and feet and I had a VERY extensive work up (lab work wise) by hematology and rheumatology to check for various antibodies and what not that would cause it. Curious if you had this?
