if you build a bunch of heal power and lifesteal, you will fall off hard and heal almost nothing in perspective to the hp you have. The “heal” spell is a set amount of healing but lifesteal falls off due to dealing less and less damage compared to other damage items. Its why WW is garbage like any other champ that only can rely on sustain and has no damage late game.
