I was close to 100 kilos. Smoking. Drinking. Partying through London like it was the only language I knew. On paper I had the life. On the inside I was disappearing. Fear argues with you. Truth just keeps showing up. How to tell them apart: 1. A thought can be reasoned with. A knowing cannot. 2. A thought gets quieter when you distract yourself. 3. A knowing gets louder. 4. A knowing lives within. It clicks like something locking into place. I knew two things that morning. That I had to go. And that if I didn't I was going to quietly destroy myself. So I followed it. And that yes led me to everything that matters in my life today. The question is not whether that knowing exists in you.
