Tbh here in Texas, we have a "Right To Work" rule, which means you don't have to give anything. The two weeks is a courtesy, but technically there's no reason you have to honor it. Cuz you can be fired here for any reason at any time as well. So in my opinion there's no need to be nice to companies. [Snicker]

I have to give 1 month. I experience the same when someone resigns, they dont want their colleagues knowing right away. Interesting 😏
