@foxnews: EXCLUSIVE: The Haitian national who went viral declaring "I'm not going back to Haiti" during his ICE arrest has now been deported there after 19 months in federal custody. Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles also shouted "Biden forever" and cursed President Trump as Fox News cameras captured his January 2025 arrest in Massachusetts. DHS identified Charles as a gang member with 17 criminal convictions. An immigration judge later issued a final removal order, and ICE put Charles on a deportation flight to Haiti on Sept. 10, according to DHS. The removal comes more than a year and a half after Charles made the prediction that ultimately proved wrong: "I'm not going back to Haiti."
