Does South East have Sea? that's where the logic of the question start, and for any reasonable person to even give it a thought. As a reasonable human and an elite or exposed. Can Nigeria develop seaport with the reality of today? Why did Lagos in partnership with private sector develop Lekki Deep Seaport even while 2 ports already exist in Lagos. What economy viability would be affected by fully functioning of Port-harcourt port, One, Calabar and War? Would 5 ports be a threat to Nigeria economy or economy of any region.
