I’ve been on ashwaganda for about 6 weeks now and I’m noticing a huge difference in my mental health. I usually search the internet to find the answer that resonates with what I want to hear but can’t find anything about the long term useage of ashwaganda, side effects etc on long term useage. Nothing on NG website about long term use either or that you can only take it for 3 months at a time.
