Use 2 soft caramels per pretzel rod and roll them together into a long rope. 2. Wrap the caramel rope around the pretzel rod, gently pressing it into place. 3. Dip the caramel wrapped pretzel into melted chocolate. 4. Tap off the excess chocolate and place on parchment paper. 5. Add your favorite Halloween sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet. 6.
