I had a lady honk into our speaker because we told her we would be with her shortly.... my manager went outside and told her to leave, I had to rip my headset off when the speaker screeched in my ear when she honked

when that happens I always greet them with "thank you SO MUCH for your PATIENCE today what can I get started for you 😊" and in the sweetest customer service voice I can muster and usually I can see there face as they realize how it was a little rude to not even give me a second to turn my headset on
