still searching for miso’s forever home 🤍 we’ve officially been looking for a few months now & honestly thought we would’ve found her home by this point :( we’ve had SO many people reach out & we’re incredibly grateful.. but a lot of the homes either have dogs, young kids, don’t have another cat, or we’ll start talking to someone who seems absolutely perfect & they eventually stop replying there were actually two homes in particular that we genuinely thought miso would thrive in & unfortunately we never heard back when it came time to actually move forward :( truthfully, prolonging this process is super inconvenient for us. we have travel & other things we’ve continued putting off while we find her home.. but we care about miso & her happiness way too much to choose a home just because it would be easier for us we know there are plenty of homes where miso would be safe & loved.. but we also know her personality better than anyone. she’s incredibly sensitive, gets overstimulated easily, has a LOT of playful energy & takes a long time to trust new people. we’re not just looking for somewhere safe for her to live.. we’re looking for somewhere we genuinely believe she’ll thrive what we’re looking for 🤍 ♡ no kids ♡ no dogs ♡ another friendly cat or cats.. this is really important to us because miso has so much energy, loves to play & gets lonely ♡ someone who is home often & has plenty of time for her ♡ someone extremely patient & understanding.. she WILL hide & may hiss when she’s scared & could take quite a while to warm up ♡ someone willing to introduce her to their cat/cats very slowly & let miso adjust completely at her own pace ♡ a stable, loving & committed home that is prepared to care for her for the rest of her life miso is about 5 years old, spayed, healthy & up to date on her vaccines 🤍 i know some people haven’t been happy with how strict we’re being or think we should just choose from the people who have already offered to take her.. but this isn’t a temporary home we’re choosing for her. this is hopefully where she’ll spend the rest of her life so yes.. we’re going to be picky 🥹 we’re not trying to get rid of her as quickly as possible. we’re trying to find her person & her home please feel free to dm us if you genuinely think your home fits what we’re looking for, or send this to someone you know who might be the ✨right✨ fit we know her forever home is out there.. we just haven’t found it yet 🤍 #satx #sanantoniotx #sanantonio #satx210 #rehoming - @cutiecatmiso
