I don’t believe anything- but I think they believe that he left her to assume that she was responsible for the killings. Like he planted the idea and told everyone she did it then she woke up to people telling her she killed her kids… and she (supposedly) thought she must have because she going through some psychosis . It would make for an interesting movie- I don’t think Patrick did that- I don’t think he deserves so much credit for being that good at manipulating people. But I get the cause for suspicion about the whole situation.

I mean the entire thing it was just a patch together set of explanations to explain certain things and try and connect things they see to thing that Patrick could’ve done and when you put it all together, it’s completely incoherent and they don’t seem to have noticed that. Like what’s most likely guys that she had a spinal cord injury after jumping out the window that stopped her body’s ability to shiver or constrict blood vessels, and also was on the exact vertebrae that tends to cause hyperhidrosis and that led to her body temperature dropping rapidly over the course of an hour and a half( for whatever reason they seem to pretend it’s like 10 minutes) or did he throw her out the window earlier, in daylight hours visible from the neighbors and the street and apparently spray her with a hose. Like the neighbor saw her within like 10 minutes of her being outside in the official timeline. You think she was out there for hours in daylight with him spraying her with a hose and no one saw that? And why the hell would he spray it with the hose? You’re gonna try and make it look like a suicide and then you do an act that would be literally impossible for her to do on her own? I’m like oh by the way he’s clearly trying to kill her right? But she doesn’t remember that she didn’t do it so he must have implanted a memory in her mind while she was suffering from the early stages of hypothermia, according to them “ drugged out of her mind” so badly that she can’t even remember that she didn’t do it, but somehow perfectly remembers doing it and her memories match the crime scene and the forensics found there? Like literally the only theory of him being involved that is even plausible is the one that his new wife did it while he was out of the house and like all of the like calls and messages and what not where her. But like there is zero evidence that they even knew each other zero physical evidence of another person in the home, and the fact that they pulled all that off, and she just miraculously woke up with false memories after they failed to kill her is an absurd theory to champion.
