Sunday roast of dreams Chicken: 1 whole chicken 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic granules 1/2 tsp salt Pre heat the oven to 180 C, make sure the chicken is room temperature. Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove the veg and add chicken juices.  Yorkshire pudding: 1 small egg (around 50g) 50g flour 50g milk Pinch of salt. Mix really well and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Get a muffin tray and add a layer of duck or goose fat. Melt in the oven. Once the oil is piping hot, add the batter and place in the oven immediately. Bake for around 25 minutes. Garlic peas: A handful of peas 1/4 tsp garlic granules A tiny knob of butter Pinch of salt Boil the peas and drain. Place back on the heat, add butter, garlic granules and salt.
