Requirements Passport: always bring your Old and/or New Passport. Date of expiry atleast 6 months above. PSA Birth Certificate: with QR code and reciept. No late registered 20yrs above. All middle name of the parents and the applicant should be in a full middle name. LCR1A or Form 102: w/receipt. Kahit isa lang jan sa dalawa. PSA Birth Certificate of your child if meron: with qr code and receipt. PSA Marriage Certificate: For married. With qr and receipt Cenomar: For female single. W/ QR Code and receipt Voters Certificate: Ang inaallowed lang na VC is yung sa Intramuros Comelec mismo kukunin (Free lang to) National ID: Pinakakailangan is yung nakikita sa egov app kapag wala ipaayos nyo na kagad NBI Clearance: Atleast 6 months validity. Always sabihin po na sa Pataiwan po gagamitin. Travel History: 35yrs old above, kapag nakapagtravel na out of the country or depende sa agency. SSS Print out: Dapat naoopen ang Online account, kahit walang contribution okay mas lalo na fresh graduate pero kung keri maghulog atleast 3 months mas ok din. Pagibig number: Need nyo to ilagay sa ereg nyo Eregistration: Online application lang to na parang resume nyo na rin. PEOS: Online exam para sa paunang kaalaman sa iyong bansang tatahakin. Additional Requirements: Diploma and TOR: Depende sa agency checheck lang naman to pero need pa rin ipaxerox. Tin ID/Tin number verification Yellow Card or Vaxcert: Depende sa agency may iba dina hinahanap PS: Download PSA Verification para mascan nyo yung QR code ng mga PSA Certificate nyo ugaliin iscan at icheck ang qr code bago umalis para maipaayos nyo kagad kung sakaling may pagkakamali sa inyong mga information. Much better if complete na kayo sa mga recuirements bago magapply dahil ang ibang agency is mas pinaprio at enentertain nila ang complete documents na and also do more research about the agency kung eto ba ay accredited ng POEA para iwas scam.
