If an extra £5,000 would make Christmas feel a little less heavy this year… this is how I’m planning to do it. 🎄🤍 Because I know what it feels like when Christmas is coming and instead of feeling excited, you’re quietly thinking… “How am I going to afford all of this?” The presents. The food. The school bits. The unexpected expenses. And that horrible feeling of watching your bank balance disappear while you’re trying to make Christmas magical for everyone else. And before you think… “Yeah but you’ve got loads of time to work on it…” I don’t 😂 I’m a mum. There are school runs, meals, housework, after-school activities, bedtimes and approximately 47 things being shouted at me before 9am. 😂 When I started, I didn’t have childcare either, it was the summer holidays 😅 I had no experience. I didn’t know what I was doing. I just knew I wanted Christmas to feel different. I wanted to buy presents without that knot in my stomach. I wanted to pay off debt. I wanted more breathing room. And I desperately didn’t want to go back to the 9-5 I hated. So I started with £10 and learned as I went. My first week, I made £500. Over my first 3 months, I made £5,000. Not because I had endless hours. Because I learned how to use the little pockets of time I actually had. And that’s why I’m setting this goal again. Not because I expect anyone else to get the same results — my results are personal to me — but because I know what’s possible when you stop waiting to feel ready and start learning something new. Because maybe what you really want this Christmas isn’t “more money.” Maybe you just want less pressure. Less checking your bank account before buying something. Less guilt. Less “we can’t afford that.” And more… “Yep, we can do that.” 🥹🤍 If you’re a mum thinking, “I don’t have the time, childcare or experience…” That was me too. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. D M me MUM and I’ll show you exactly how I started. 🤍
