The EXACT same has happened to me and my roommates - they said the vessel/ship carrying our order had an engine breakdown and it’s being sent back to Taiwan. We have waited over 10 weeks for this lounge

I was heavily considering a James lane couch… after all of this I’m stressed out😂 they have the only couch I like! I can’t believe it’s taken this long I desperately need a new couch but the thought of having to pay out of pocket and wait MONTHS makes me so mad!!!

I know calling makes it feel like there's instant progress but you need to put it all in writing so they can't excuse there inconsistencies and you can reference consumer law and request a refund if not here since said date

The good guys done that to me when I NEEDED a new washing machine asap. They told me a week. I waited. I called. Nothing. So I canceled the order. Went & found a cheaper one at the same shop but picked it up from a different warehouse
