She’s a horror author from California who suddenly goes online in March 2025 and says, “I’m the daughter of a serial killer.” And not just any serial killer. She claims her father, Dr. Jon Charles Trefil, a retired psychiatrist now in a care home, admitted to her that he ended over 400 lives over the span of decades. She says he poisoned people, kept some captive, and buried victims across California and beyond. She even claims he told her he was the Zodiac Killer and linked himself to the Santa Rosa Hitchhiker m***rs. Galina says she has evidence like recordings, journals, maps, photos, even a bottle literally labeled “poison.” She gives police names of possible victims, including two men from the ’70s, and points them to a location she calls “The Tomb” where she says multiple victims are buried. Police did take it seriously at first. They tested his DNA, searched a cabin, went through her tapes and notes… but nothing linked him to the crimes.
