wasy the last one it can grant any wish once a day exactly how I want it as long as I dont choose something of monetary value it can basically gesnt whatever so say I want magic abilities or powers of some kind not only would I get them but exactly how I imagined them

3rd genie, cuz he is only limited on items with a price. since you could wish for another genie that means that intangible wishes that dont create items would be acceptable. wish for better luck, to be stronger, longer life, etc. plus you could still wish for $1k a day otherwise if theres is any issue with that. a lot can be done on 1k a day

Luck genie, first wish is to wish that chance based encounters always turn out in my favor 100% chance to have a genie that perfectly grants wishes, because if you hit the 80 you never have to worry about the 80/20 ever again and if you hit the 20 just wish for the opposite of what you want and you will always get it that way as well
