I carefully set up the character references, instruments, and camera movement to keep everything as consistent as possible. The main thing I focused on was matching the movement, timing, and camera transitions as closely as possible to the reference video. Then I replaced the characters and location with my own band version on a rooftop. The final result still feels like a real live performance, not just a random AI-generated video.
