Yhoo… This one time my sister had them, and on that day her daughter came back at around 21:30 from preschool, the whole house was stressed and the transport driver wasn’t answering calls😭😭 uGirl (my sister)was soo nonchalant, she kept saying “Dont worry guys, shes on her way back, there’s probably traffic or she slept at a friend” (THE CHILD IS 7 YEARS OLD)😭😭😭😭She forgot that it was her concert💔 Deep down, I wanted to slap her!!

I took ashwagandha back in 2024 and it made me feel so at ease, like I’d just take things lightly. For example, I’d have an exam in two weeks, but I’d stay relaxed and only decide to study the day before. It kind of numbed me emotionally I’d do anything just for fun, without really caring. Yeses, it’s like you lose your emotions. And when you stop taking ashwagandha, everything hits you twice as hard, leaving you in that depressing, anxious state because now you feel everything all over again.😏😅

I took it on monday it was my first time,did I not open the sink tap and left it pouring while I’m sitting on sofa ?yhoo I laughed at myself because I had to mop the whole house including the bedrooms😭😭😂

When I stopped or reducing drinking it was when my whole family was crying because my grandma was hospitalized due to having stroke. I was just sitting there unbothered and confused why they were crying like that. Mind you I love love my grandma, she's the only grandparent I am left with

I swear I must be on a natural ashwagandha because I don't have a sense of urgency by nature. I feel like if I don't do it today or tomorrow I will do it eventually even if it's next month. 🤞🏽😂

Please let’s stop from throwing the pills in the drainage ? I said please 🙏 . Our wastewater treatment are not efficient at removing them , and certain concentration they can level up and cause serious harm to us .
