Also, I will no longer be answering questions such as, and I quote, «But there are websites !», «Just use the colour picker!», or «Why not use colour correcting glasses ?» I’ve answered these countless times already, and I’ve also posted a tutorial explaining my process. With achromatopsia (complete colourblindness), I cannot visually verifycolour. Simply extracting a colour gives me no understanding of how it should be mixed, shaded, or altered afterwards, i cannot do colour theory that way; I would still be forced to crossreference multiple tabs and create considerably more work for myself. maths gives me far more visualisation: a process that i could understand, trace back, and fix. i am also a maths student, so the calculations serve as useful exercise for my course. And no, colour correcting glasses do not help achromatopsia. i genuinely appreciate that most suggestions come from a kind place, but repeatedly being told what would supposedly be «easier» becomes tiring when it is my work, my process, and my comfort. I know what works for me, and I’m happiest keeping my method as it is.
