I just think it’s unfair that some people paid full price for the set, without having the flutter charm itself, hope they fix this issue or at least do something about it. There’s already A LOT of resellers listing them online for hundreds of dollars too. Just insanity.

Happen to me for the summer collection, shipping delays and came wet .. some people get in one week and get gifted by rhode .. my experience was so wrong , i dont buy anymore with them

What I don’t understand is why didn’t they make the identical amount of charms to the amount of blushes. It is very unfair to everyone that was ordering them but then send out this email this has happened a couple of times now with Rhode, don’t get me wrong I love Rhode and use it everyday but this can’t keep happening when they’re telling people it’s sold out and then do this, I unfortunately didn’t get the charm and was disappointed because it was available but it kept putting me into the queue every time I checked out because I also clicked for my parcel to be protected so I paid extra to make sure I got my parcel and instead of waiting weeks like the last drop
