10 minute pre-bed yoga after those spa sessions and 10-15 minutes of stretching in the morning after a warm shower was revolutionary when I did it!

There is a company that takes your bag up to the next loco so you can just wear a day pack. I have done it twice - 2013 and 2023 xx

Wow girl, I did the West Highland Way when I was 50. I’m now 62 and I would still like to say I’m gonna do it again one day what an amazing walk doing joy soak it all in and hope it’s not too rainy.

I did this in April this year, absolutely loved it, 6 days, wilding camping and threw in submitting Ben nevis on day 6, absolutely brilliant trip
