Obviously, she’s in the wrong for freaking out but if they put the cup out on the shelf, she walked up and grabbed the cup, and then got in line, then she did it the right way. And everyone else in the line should’ve grabbed the cup before going to the register. You don’t walk into a Walmart and go to the register first. Why would you do that at Starbucks when buying an item off the shelf? Unless it was behind the counter that makes no sense.
