We walked in for dinner and were immediately told by the waiting staff that we had only one hour from start to finish, after which we would have to vacate the table. That made the whole experience feel rushed and unwelcoming. Customers should be able to enjoy their meal without feeling like they’re on a countdown. Clearer and more respectful communication about table times would make a big difference.
