@my_neutral_place: Just some of my favourite second hand furniture transformations 🤎 What started as a way to save money has turned into a genuine love of breathing new life into old furniture. Each piece feels completely unique, full of character, personality and a story of its own. And there’s something very satisfying about looking at a piece you’ve transformed and thinking… I made that! 🥰 Proof that you don’t always need to buy new to create a home you love.

I hardly have a new piece of furniture in my house.Always second hand and antique, not as something I planned but more something that evolved over the yrs. Now I don't see the point in new modern furniture when you can be sustainable and still have beautiful pieces in your home.

My wife and I have done this for many years, when you recreate a piece it's far more satisfying than buying from a major store, only trouble is when tradesmen come round to quote and see you furniture they think your loaded.😁

Love all of it. Have you tried chalk paint. Love it. No priming. Just wipe down what ever u paint with a damp cloth. Try it. I know u will like the results
